Also very important to show your merit in you working life and to your customer.

Different customer has different needed, but just like quality advantage, price advantage, or location advantage, time advantage or service advantage. All will depended on different company. But normally, scale of company, appliance of company, humanity service, no cheating, good quality and good lead time, cooperated well, will always be good advantage.

Some customer care only what he cared, we have to discover what he really needed. Some care about the competitors, some care about your capability of production, some care about if your’s kind enough. Remember our reaction to our customer is important, what should not be speak out should be close our mouth.
